well with all our problems in Mexico at least none of us was stupid enough to buy a condo in Dubai!

The funny part is that you do not need to spend thousands of dollars to go to Dubai to smell the raw sewage, just go to Santa Monica/Malibu beach were they dump the sewage to the sea, or at least that was the case a few years back, since I have not been in LA in a few years I do not know if it still happens!!!!

Yup, I owned a condo/hotel suite in Dubai (the business district). sold it in Dec. for a profit of $860,000. To help you understand how it works, if the media announced that apache junction was built on a pile of sh** would this mean that people would not purchase a home in North scottsdale? of course not Daniel son.

regarding your "jet setter" comment... Hopefully one day we will see more jet setters in rocky point. to me the definition of a jet setter is one that does not need to borrow funds in order to pay for their home, trailer, cars, toys, etc. In my opinion we have too many 30k millionaires over spend in rocky point (including those in your dear trailer parks). Too many buy jetskies, trailers, boats, cars, atv's, and residences all on debt. so when times get bad and you can't afford your nice trailer in your not so nice trailer park, life is gonna suck. so here is to better money management for all!
