Some of these pictures are repeats but basically show the amazingly empty terrain that still exists if you get out of town.I think in the spring it would be fun to have a bbq down here at the spit.You can take a kayak or surfboard and ride a wave for a half mile when the wind is blowing from the south like this.
In the pictures check out the arrowheads found near Las Dunas and the new billboards entering RP. It's nice someone has found some use for them.

The arrowheads are very cool! Did you find those in the surfline? Or, did you dig for them? We used to walk the beach north of St. Augustine, FL and collect fossilized shark teeth. You had to have a sharp eye, but you could pick them right out of the surfline as the waves washed up on the beach.
And... I want that Ford Falcon!! Sweet!

The arrowheads are from behind my house back in the drainage area below the dunes where the old encampments were located. Lots of stuff out there.

We drive on the beach the 12 or so miles to the estuary from Jerry's place.
