House sitter (watch man)

I have room for a trailer or a studio apartment for a full time person, free in exchange for keeping an eye on our property in the calle 13 area. Includes utilities. Extra money for small services available.
The guy who was sitting for the last 3 years was very happy here even though there is ongoing construction. Great for a retired person or couple.

Do you know Pompano? (Cyrano Gonzales) I've known him since we were children. He has several sons, maybe one of them would be interested. Tell him Char sent you and tell him I'll be there the weekend of Aug. 1st, if you wouldn't mind. You know his business is there underneath the Delfin Amigable on the way into Old Port on the one way street.

Hope this helps, he may know someone else reputable if not his sons that could help you out.

Thanks but I have found someone- We have loads of local friends who want the deal but my wife being a native of the area has advised against it. Thanks a bunch
